This has been determined through repeated and careful discussions by the indicator group, based on the principle of seeking truth from facts.
The formulation and implementation of the effective width difference for woven bags is to some extent in line with the development needs of our national conditions, and is also determined by the production capacity and scale of many small and medium-sized plastic weaving enterprises.
